I'm a question.. I know that it's possible to send a registered letter for a celebrity and that way, besides you being able to track her online, and you will know that it was delivered (even if it was to the celebrity agent and not to the celebrity in question).

But when we send inside the SASE the IRCs, they trade for normal stamps and send us (by normal mail), which can happen to get lost in the mail....

So my question is: is it possible that, before sending the envelope to the celebrity, we can make anything in the SASE, like put a stamp or send the celebrity any kind of IRC that will mark the SASE as a registered envelope so it will be delivered?

I don't know if I explained well...?
