No, you will not need any special envelopes. You can use the same envelopes you normally use for requests within your country, just don't forget to write AIR MAIL on the envelopes and stick enough postage on it.
You should send your SASE as how you would within your country. If you can't get US stamps for your SASE, you will need to send along a SAE and
International Reply Coupons (to cover return postage).
I'm not sure of exact costs associated with sending a request from England to the US, but I'm sure another member can help you out.
