I did exactly the same and my letters never returned. I tried lots of different locations: Culver City, Burbank, Los Angeles. This is the fifth time I try and I admit that I am beginning to despair of an answer ...

You're lucky, you had some actors in the cast of Criminal Minds! I have only Joe Mantegna for now and I try to have Kirsten Vangsness (I found an address where she answers normally), but for Thomas Gibson and Shemar Moore I never got an answer to the addresses I tried. What address did you try to get the autographs of Shemar and Thomas please ?
