Hi

Any address submissions in the forum that are refused...are refused because the user could not validate the address source.

In order for an address to be added to the databse, they have to have had a success, and preferebly that user should be the one with the success.

And yes, it is perfectly alright to use an address that was not listed in the databse, and then post about it in the feedback forum.

Question about submitting adresses

I noticed that some adresses in the "Add / Update an Adress"-Forum are not accepted. Especially when the user could not explain where he got them from.
However, there are no guidelines for this forum. Whats the criteria for adresses to be added to the database? Possibility of online verification? Success?

And are there any legal issues in obtaining a new adress?

Lets say someone found an adress by accidence or he got a tip from a friend etc. etc.
Now as he tried, he came up with a success reply.

Would this be allowed?
