From what I've seen here if you send a letter with no pics or money the most you will get back is a form letter telling you to send money. Occasionally a celebrity will sign and include a letter that says since they signed you now owe them the money. Everyone I've seen who sells their pics sells them on a per picture basis so if you send or order two you will have to pay double.

I understand that Loretta Swit / David Stiers / and Gary Burghoff charge for their signatures... but if I were to just send them a letter would they reply or would that cost as well? Also, if I were to send two pictures would I have to pay the price two times... like if they charge 50 dollars for a signature, would it cost 100 dollars for two signatures?
