Weitz may be a new one to the no longer signing TTM list. The ones you have chosen, though, have either been known not to sign through the mail, charge a fee (Bean), haven't signed TTM for years (Collins), or have recently stopped signing (Glenn).
If I may, do some research before sending out letters of inquiry asking for an autograph. You'll save some money and postage that way. In general, the Mercury/Gemini/Apollo/Skylab astronauts either do not sign or charge a fee. Some of the shuttle astronauts are also starting to go the round of charging a fee as well, or have stopped signing through the mail.
Unfortunately, the only way to get an autograph from them in the future is either pay their fee or get them in-person. Or as one astronaut said (and I'm paraphrasing here), buy one through an online auction site.
