I'm taking this post with a grain of salt because it seems like the op works for the company that is in charge of public signings & she wants to prohibit people from sending in fanmail request to promote sales of the public signings. Unfortunately that is not how an address gets removed from a forum such as this. The only way for an address to be reported outdated is if a user reports they received an RTS from the listed address. So if this post is true, please have Ms. Benson RTS all of the mails sent to the PO address and include a note that she is no longer signing TTM! Thanks!

Please do not use either address as of 01/01/16. The post office will be returning all mail. Jodi Benson will be making personal appearances to sign autographs from now on and looks forward to meeting her fans in person.
