I got something back from Paris Hilton without a IRC mostly because this was like a year ago and I didn't know what a IRC was lol I think my response would have been quicker though if I included a irc. besides it's only $3.50 here in Canada (I know it adds up but it's worth it IMO)

Maybe Gwen Stefani but I never put IRCs in or SASEs because although it may cost the stars alot its not like they're skint and where would they be without they're fans so they need to give something back to the public.
