I like to bring this thread back up.

I just received an SFM a couple of days ago of The Rock. The Rock's SFM autograph is an 8x10.

There are also some SFM's which are 4x6. The SFM from Jason Biggs (He played Jim Levenstein in American Pie 1 & 2, American Wedding) is a 4x6.

It can take up to a month & even longer to receive an SFM. I have 10+ SFM's & they took about 1 month to arrive but I've seen feedback over at the SFM forum here on Fanmail.biz which it took almost a year for some people to receive their SFM's.

Well, I do know that the SFM's of Alan Alda & Angelina Jolie are 8x10's, I have these 2 SFM's.

But I believe that most SFM's are 5x7's.

Hey can someone tell me around how long it takes to get a SFM as I sent one a couple of weeks ago to Zooey Deschanel and can't wait for a reply.

Figure skater Peggy Flemming has a SFM 8X10. It's a nice photo too.

She was the Olympic champion in 1968, if anyone is interested.

All of SFM are either preprints or autopens

Both of my 10x8 SFMs are autopens ;) And the Matthew Fox one is PP

It seems like 2 people write the addresses. I compared the few I got... and it's 2 different writing basically.

And these are pre-prints?

It probably has something to do with:

- The amount of requests they receive (as I can imagine they must receive lots considering it's a free photo through email)
- The printing time for the photos
- The putting photos into envelopes and sealing them up
- Checking emails (making sure they are differentiated from spam)
- Physically copying the addresses down on the envelopes by hand.

I guess because it is a "free" photo, that a wait is better than not getting anything at all.

I don't understand why it takes so long. I imagine its a group of workers in an office and theres a store room with all of photos in there :?
