How come? I find them really easy to get hold of, even all the small village post offices have them where I live, but then I reakon that must just be an advantage as some people on the forum can never get hold of them, they like don't sell them in their countries or anything like that.

I don't think its rude, you should send it but in the letter explain the circumstances that you cant get hold of any IRC's or anything. I reakon that would be OK. If they didn't think it was I would call that rude! Anyway where around do you live that you can't get IRC's as I just go to the post office in the local town center and they always have them.

Is it rude to send a photo and only send a SAE? I can't get IRC's and I can't get postage online. I don't want to hold back on sending as their popularity will grow and I just want to send it without being rude :(
