I don't care if there hasn't been a success before... I still send if I want

For example;

I had the first reported successes with Claudine Auger & David Hedison 8)

So no, I don't care about that at all

Good point. And even though I am new to autograph collecting & I haven't yet bought envelopes & stamps for SASE's, even though one celebrity might not reply back, there are many who do.

And people have to remember is that some celebrities are so busy that it might take years to receive a reply, I've seen reports here on Fanmail.biz, where it took years for some people to receive a response.

for me it depends. i always check to see if anyone else got a reply before i write a celeb at an agency..because some don't pass on mail so it's a waste of time and money. if it's VV i just send :D

if i don't get a reply it wouldn't put me off from the celeb but kinda would put me off in writing to them again unless they have a new address and some1 had success with it {??}

When I saw it I thought authentic as it was a rare occasion and a manager wouldn't fake it :wink: Congrats {up} :mrgreen:
Yeah I noticed that success before I began posting. I noticed it was a never ending debate :lol:
I usually never write someone TTM unless there has been a success before, it just costs too much to send to people I know 85% of the time wont send back, it gives me more confidence to send to someone who has wroten back before {up}
