I am pretty sure she would sent it if someone wrote saying they liked Ugly Betty and requested a photo. So far, probably the reason she hasnt sent is because every success reported, people have sent their own pictures to get signed...

Does America send an ABC publicity photo of her as Betty if you write to her.
