It is always best to send a SASE

As far as I know he will only sign his photo, or photos you send him as the President.

He will not sign Habitat For Humanity stuff, Military Stuff, or anything else as far as I know

it will really do you no harm if you send an index card and he doesnt sign it, so if you really want one, you should try.

I read he is very picky about what he signs, does he sign index cards?
Also, does he need a SASE or will a SAE do?
