Provided you have emailed your postal (mailing) address with your request, you should receive a photo in the mail in a matter of weeks/months depending on where you live.

SFM had to turn off their autoresponders due to the large amount of emails they were receiving (in particular, the amount of spam emails).

hi, the reason for not getting an automated response is due to there spam settings. They get tons of spam emails, so they dont send out the emails anymore. You will get your preprints/autopens in a few weeks.
