Hey there!

When you send a letter to an agency for either an athlete or actor, the agency keeps the letters until the client has come to pick them up. If they don't pick it up, it is delivered to them. Sometimes it works that way for Via Venue as well. You will send to an actor at a venue and he or she will not sign through the venue because they are too busy and request that mail be sent to their agency. They then go to pick them up.

If by company you mean the team.Wants it get to the arena or field the staff who works at either the arena or field gives the mail to the player who's name is on the envelope.
