Sometimes it is not even a year wait
I just sent a letter to her in August of last year and got my success a few weeks ago :D

Yeah, Cameron is a very busy person & if you want her autograph..you will need to be patient..I know 1 year is a long time to wait, but once you get it.. You'll see that it was worth the wait! Good luck! :wink:
