Yes they only send PPs. The other part means they may randomly send you junk.

I thought Studio Fan mail only do Pre-prints and not ''thank you gifts'', and dont automaticaly respond to emails anymore?? Also why does it say that Tyra reserves the right to contact me, what does this mean??
