Most of the time, if you write a nice letter, they will put your name down...

I put sometimes becuase if I am getting the autograph for someones birthday or as a gift, then sometimes I would ask it to be personalised but usually I say no. For one thing, I collect for charity so if they are personalised then they aren't much use xD And secondly, I think that it is a bit pushy to ask for them to be personalised because they are already taking the time to sign it.

I do not think that it is wrong to ask for them to be personalised though, it is fine if people want them personalised, it's just not something that I do :)

Sometimes I ask for the photo to be personalized, sometimes I don't. I agree with Logan it depends on the celeb, their past history and so.. I don't think it's rude at all asking for personalization :D

I always ask. I dont feel its rude in the least bit, I feel the pereson I am asking will then know I am not trying to sell the autograph, and am asking for just myself and not to make a buck on there expense. If they dont personalize the photo thats ok, its there choice.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It matters on the person and their past history and all.

No, the ones that personalize my pictures personalize them on their own, and most do. I dont ask because I do not want a secretarial inscription
(from the celebs that just sign a whole batch of pictures).

I always ask for them to personalize the photo. I don't think it's rude at all - they know that some collectors like their autographs personalized, and other's don't. Usually if you don't ask for it to be personalized, they won't do it on their own.

No, because I feel its rude.

If a celeb personalises because they want to (rather than being asked), then the auto becomes more "special".

Do you ask for photos to be personalised?

I was just wondering if anyone asks to get there photo's personalised in their letters? And if so does it work?
