Hey Anabell777 :)

I'm not sure if this is what you were asking, but I'll try to help out. Are you talking about stamps that have not been cancelled out by the post office? Theoretically, you can use them, but you are not supposed to. I doubt anything will happen if you do.

Just be sure not to put tape on top of the stamp. If you need to, glue the stamp to the envelope.

Hey i have home USA marks which is cut from envelope, but it is not stamped, may I stick it toanother letter and send it? or should i buy new marks?
