That's only for smaller sized envelopes (ones that fit 5X7s). Envelopes that are large (like the ones for 8X10 photos) are 80 cents for one ounce and 97 cents for two ounces.

I talked to my post office and they said that with the change in prices, the second ounce will go down. so instead of 63 cents it will be 58 cents.

Sometimes the celebrity will add the .02 stamp...

Sometimes the PO will let it slide through...

Most of the time, you'll get the SASE back with your autograph in it and it'll have a 'postage due' stamp on it...just stick the required amount back in your mailbox, and do it soon after you get it, like that night. Your whole collections pass through their hands, keep them happy!

i was thinking the same. I think that the celebrities will probably add the extra postage cause they know that we paid for it and it would work if the prices didn't go up.

what's going to happen to our mail thats already out there but hasnt been mailed yet?

will the star have to add more postage for it to be mailed or will the post office accept the old stamps?
