5. when is the latest i should send to the sisterhood of traveling pants 2 adress and also should i send a pic of my own and s.a.e and can i fold the s.a.e? also can i still send to adresses that are done filming for the season like one tree hill know?

If he is there hopefully he will sign and if not then he won't
2. I don't know much about David Letterman, sorry
3. It depends on a lot of things, where you live, where they are etc. It can sometimes take moinths to get replies, and I have seen people wait years for replies. I have never sent to any of those celebritioes that you listed, so I can't say an approximation, but be patient and they will hopefully come
4. I can't speak for everyoe, but I don't mind reading letters ^.^
5. I have never sent VV, so I don't know
