This is an impossible question to answer, because it depends on so many things when cekebrities reply.
You could send off to soeone and get a reply in 2 weeks,m and the next person may have to wait over a year. It very much depends on where the celebrity is at the time, how busy they are, what you send them etc. You can look at the feedback for some celebrities and ook at how long people say it took, and if everyone recieves a reply pretty quickly then it is more likely that you will too, but again it is very hard to say.
