Hi Ann
You will only need to send the same amount of IRC's as you originally would have before the postal price rose.
One IRC will cover the minimum amount of postage required to send a letter back to you. So, even though postal prices have risen, the overall value of the postage received by exchanging an IRC has also increased to reflect the change.
1 IRC exchanged in the US used to be worth $0.84 in postage before the price rise. Now, the same IRC exchanged is now worth $0.90 in stamps.
