Going from somewhere in America to another address in AMERICA:
up to one ounce is: 0.80 (about the weight of one 8X10 photo)
two ounces is: 0.97 (to be safe)

I Am New to This and i just have a question.
How many stamps should i put on my envolpe? Its a 9x12. Its not very heavy. Please Answer!!! Thank you for your help.
