Yes most of them are. I have found the same thing where they aren't listed but are still managed by the company. You could try but I am about 90% sure.

I have several musicians that I want the autograph of, and I've found addresses for them... they say that it's at Columbia Artists Management Inc., but on Columbia Artists Management Inc.'s website, it doesn't list those musicians. Are the musicians still reachable through the Columbia Artists Management Inc. addresses?
