That means that the manager forwarded Your e-mail to the celebrity, and she/he will read it, and then decide to send You something or not :)

I don't think You will get another e-mail - You'll just probably get a success TTM :]

I sent an e-mail to a musician's manager requesting an autograph, and he replied "I have sent on your request to the artist - I'm afraid I cannot give you his personal e-mail address." Does that mean I'll get another e-mail later?... What's going to happen?
