Yes, I have still not figured it out.

I have tried for weeks to buy international stamps on the royalmail website but I get this error:
Error: Problem encountered - Display process failure

Is there any other places online I can buy international stamps to put on my envelope before I send out?
OR is there any UK citizens here I can pay through paypal to send me?
