I would think their value would be the same. They're not worth all that much, seeing they're not authentic. One is printed into the picture and the other is written on with a machine. Not really that much of a difference.

Authentics though, could go for tons, depending on the person. (moreso for deceased people)

They are both worthless. Neither are authentic so neither have any value in my opinion.

Yeah, you´re right, the best thing is to receive authentic autograph, but it doesn´t happen so often :)
