There's really nothing we can do about RTS's. If there's another address in the database, we try to provide it so that the member can try again. However, oftentimes the RTS Address is the only one in the database. In that event, we can't really do anything about it. We usually cross an address off if multiple RTS's have been reported from an address, however RTS's often result when an individual mis-writes an address, so we often hold off on crossing addresses off in the database until multiple RTS's have been reported.
Sorry, but there's really not much more we can do.
