I would not put that in my letter. However I don't write to anyone that is suspected of using a secretarial. I don't want any autograph that's not signed by that person

No. I'm happy to get whatever the celeb has supplied regardless if its signed by the celeb personally. Although, it would be nice to recieved an authentic.
