and jojo was okay i guess.I sent hr like 3 pics n her cd insert and a letter and a sase and she sent me a pop post card like 3 months later!!!!

ashlee and chad didnt send me anything.It makes me mad sometimes 2 cuz i send pics and a sase and everything!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont think ashlee signs thriugh the mail full stop... i sent a photo whilst she was in chicago in london and im still waiting....... to be honest ive given up cos i got her in to sign album insert and a 10x8 she insisted on signing my photo to name

really its a vague question because you have to take into account how famous they are, and what you class as a good signer ie someone who tries to reply authentically sometimes or somene who sends out preprints to everyone. i mean for worst signers there are hundreds of people who dont sign through the mail like pretty much any big singer like michael jackson or robbie williams!
but anyway, these a listers seem pretty good: robin williams, al pacino, steve martin, john travolta etc etc

I dont consider any celeb., athlete, etc etc, who sends out SFM, Preprints or doesn't respond at all as bad signers. You collect long enough you'll get to know who actually signs TTM and who doesn't. It's the ones who send out secretarials and autopens for the sole purpose of trying to fool the beginning collector with that said here is my list of 10 of many in no particular order. I am not going to debate this list if you believe that any send out authentically that's fine with me.

Ditto. Sarah Michelle Gellar is 1 person who I will defintely say is a bad signer espically since she only sends out Studio Fan Mail (SFM), it doesn't matter if you write her TTM, Via Venue, et al, she will send SFM's no matter what.

Worst
Dylan and Cole Sprouse, you don't even get anything back with them.... I think that might be about it...
