Thank you for your e,mail regarding obtaining player autographs. I would like to take this opportunity to explain why we are unable to agree to all such individual requests.

The Club is inundated every week with letters asking for player signatures. This includes a large amount of letters from charities and fund-raising organisations as well as from fans, all of which we endeavor to help. Due to the vast number of requests however, we unfortunately find it impossible to help everyone by sending them original autographs.

We trust that you understand the Club’s difficult position, and will accept our sincere apologies that we are unable to assist you on this occasion.

Once again thank you for taking the time to write.

Just got this, this is the letter they send out everytime to me. As I said, Miss Chaney is annoyed with me, so please would anyone else care to ask the question's for today?
Hi i could do that for you, she might be still annoyed with me because i said what a shambles it is to only allow 1 autograph per person every 3 seasons lol

I have sent Lynne Chaney about 10 emails in the last 2 wks now. I think she is fed up of replying to me, she is not even putting 'regards' or 'hi' in the email, so would anyone else email her including a list of players names you are looking to find out if they answer their mail? Note, have asked about Ramsey, Bischoff and Wilshere. Perhaps Djourou , Senderos, Mannone etc might sign so ask for them anyone?

Email address is:

lchaney@arsenal.co.uk

I have been emailing Lynne Chaney, who deals with the players mail. I have been asking who deals with the mail, ATM I know that Amaury Bischoff, Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey leave the club to deal with their mail, meaning you'll get the PP card and booklet.

I am currently suggesting a few more players, so when I get a responce I will let you know {up}

Just to clear something up, the "list of 5" is not a list of "the only 5 players who sign", its just a list of the 5 players who deal with their own fanmail. Big difference.
