I agree with Righteousmike, some celebrities send secretarial personalization, some don't bother with it.

I think it just depends on the celebrities mood at the time IMO, They might be having a pretty dragged out day and last thing they wanna do is go through probably thousands of fan letters.

How come a few people get an autograph from a celebrity that has their name inscribed, their signature, and a happy face but most people just get their name inscribed and their signature. Does it mean that they didn't really like your letter? Because only a FEW have gotten them with happy faces and almost all of them have gotten without...
