Well I guess you could. If the shirt is white, you could use a regular bleach pen to bleach out the dedication. If the shirt is of color then you could use a color bleach pen to remove the dedication. Then just rinse the bleach out in the sink and the rest should be fine. But why do you want to remove the dedication?
