Agreed. That's why I try to stick to celebrities in my country. Luckily I'm from the UK. A 2nd class stamp is peanuts. If it's one I REALLY want then i'll shell out for IRC's.

Most of my idols are footballers and from UK..so I could just keep trying .. :oops:
and I started to trade some of my pp for Uk stamps ...and use it to my most wanted players. :D

So far i've gotten 4 of the 13 i have sent TTM so thats a 30% success rate, but I plan on sending out more and I should get more of those 13 back.

If I could find my log book I could give you an exact answer, but easily 75%+ I'd say.

I would estimate about 50-60 percent of mine have come back but in the early days i never kept records of who i sent

I'm still pretty new at this, only starting in Jan of this year. Out of my 46 requests, I've gotten back a response from about 1/3 of them. I'm still crossing my fingers that another third will eventually answer. Right now it's going through a slow period though :(

I probably receive back about 75% of my requests. Some stars just take a little longer than others.
