i know how you feel, i received my phil thompson autograph before and half the envelope was torn and the photo got ripped badly

I don't think you can. :( My best advice is to package your request very well before sending out. If you go cheap on the envelope etc, then damage is bound to happen. just my thoughts. :D looking forward to hearing what others have to say. :)
