I'm pretty sure Anthony Mackie's signature is the one on the bottom center.

I think that the personalization is secretarial and Taylor's signature is a preprint. I've seen a couple of these letters and the signature is EXACTLY the same in all of them. Not one difference. Nobody can sign that consistently.
