I have about 210 addresses and written to quite a few. I only have about 19 replies so far. How long should a reply take on average? Is there a certain amount of time I need to wait before I try again? Please help. A bit stuck here.

I know there's an address in the database but there are no successes and thought I might have more luck with a via venue address.

My faith was somewhat restored today because I got a reply back from Keira Knightly and I wrote to her AGES ago so I'm fine now .

Do I have to put SAEs in with letters in order to have more of a chance of getting a reply because I don't.
