How do I save a photo unto a disc?
I am seeing that lots of people recommend saving a photo unto a disc and taking it to walgreens or walmart and printing it out there.But how do I save a photo unto a disc?

I am brand new.I wanna send a Photo to Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki to sign.But I have no clue where to start.So my questions are:
Where do I find a Photo?
Do I print it out at home/library?
Do I download it unto a disc?
What exactly is SASE?
