I was wondering if her address is still up to date. I went on her official site and it said suite 140 instead of 130/135. Also would the 130/135 confuse the post office?

Do I put the same amount of stamps on S.A.S.E as the envelope? like if I weight the whole envelope and get the right amount of stamps for it, do I buy the same amount of stamps for the S.A.S.E.
