For within the US, One forever stamp on the small 4x9" envelope, two stamps on the large 9x12 envelope (SASE), occasionally three stamps if I add a cardboard stiffener. If you're sending 8x10 photos and use a 9x12 inside a 9x12, put two (or three if it's unusually heavy) stamps on each envelope.

Posting the exact same thing in two places is not necessary.

I just went to his 2 weeks ago and we were only allowed one copy of his book per person, so I would double check...
