I was wondering if anyone would know how many IRCs I need to send if I'm from southern Europe (near Sicily and Greece) and I'm sending letters to U.K and to the U.S?

to answer your questions 1. it depends who the celebrity is, some will send pictures if you don't and some wont 2. it's a pain in the butt but it's better to have a hand-written letter because you will have a higher chance of getting a reply. it shows you've put a lot of thought into it and took th...
