I sent a letter and return postage and SAE and all I got was a letter from a secretary who said Alan is not sending out any photos or signing anything because he is too busy. Yes I believe that website contact is strictly for the Disney Characters ...not for actors/actresses from their shows....
You have to contact the Disney Channel address or Disney Studios to reach a live actor or actress from the Disney Channel tv shows and/or Movies...

I send out plenty of mailers...most mailers and Flats (Large size envelopes (9x13) COST 60 CENTS TO MAIL IN THE USA (Place at least the same for the return mailing SASE- unless instructed otherwise... ..the post office does sell 60cent stamps which makes it easier...
