I used the address found on here and sent a LOR, photo and an SAE envelope in February 2018. Received my photo back end of March signed. I’m sure the signature is a stamp.

I too have had success! I sent a LOR, a photo and an SAE to the address found on here on 5th March. Today (7th April 2018) I received my photo back signed and personally dedicated. Posted a LOR with a photo and an SAE to Joe Thomas at the address found on here. Today I received my photo back unsigned but with a signed postcard and letter from agency.
