I sent a fan pack request to the Minnesota Timberwolves recently, I checked out other successes and all of them were sent and received during the season, so I'm wondering if anyone knows what the odds of getting one sent to me soon is?

Sent an email to timallen@studiofanmail.com about 4 weeks ago, and got a Tim Allen PP today, (Scanner Broken, Ugly falling accident) , whats weird is that the address on the envelope is Los Angeles, but the postmark is from Big Bear Lake, which is about 2 hours out of L.A.
