Using LiveJournal or Blogger

You might have seen me posting around here wanting to fundraise for my library. As I've been advised to do local things and I'm not really sure I want to do that, I've decided to try something different for my first time. As of now, I will be donating all proceeds to ASPCA's Equine Fund. It's someth...

Re: Suggestions?

Hi! I'm doing the same thing. I'm going to be donating whatever I raise to the ASPCA's Equine Fund. I would suggest just going through magazines and looking at celebs. Google some too. Hayden Panettiere (sp?) does a lot of work for animals. Also, I was wondering, if the money goes to a charity, what...

Re: Fundraising for my local library

Thanks for the advice :) Do you think there's a way I could somehow open it online AND in the local area? I was actually just thinking about seeing if I could use the school cafe and gym on Friday/Sat. night and do an auction thing in cafe and then a dance in the gym but I'm not sure how many people...

Re: Fundraising for my local library

Why the local library? Because it has a pathetic teen collection. Many of the books haven't been checked out since 2005 because they are so old. I review books on the side so any that I get that aren't signed or advance copies, I give directly to them but I only get so many books. They're in pretty ...

Fundraising for my local library

Hi. I've been floating around here recently and have been inspired by all the money you guys raise for charity. I've started thinking about doing something similar for my local library. All year, I've been trying to help out my local library by entering essay contests with the chance of winning mone...

Hi. I tried to add you so I could see it but it says I need an email and/or your last name....

Sorry. If you change that, I'll definitely check it out :)

A Question about sending VV...

So I've been looking around here and it seems that everyone is saying that if a cast is at the set or if a band is on tour, you should send it to the venue where they are instead of to the normal address listed and that you should do the same as always, just include a picture for them to sign since ...

Re: David Henrie

I haven't but I have thought about it.

I'm curious to see if anyone else has and if they've gotten anything in reply :)
