SASE - New Zealand to England
I'm sending an SASE to John Bach's agent in London (Madril in LOTR) and they're sending it on to New Zealand. The problem is, I don't know how many stamps to put on the SASE - does anybody know how much it would cost to send mail from NZ to England? Would I need some International Reply Coupons, and...

Condition of Envelope
Is it important to keep the envelope in good condition? I've receibved some envelopes back with a few rips and tears in them, and the edges have gone quite flimsy so when I've opened it with a letter opener it tears bits off and stuff like that.

Date that letter was sent???
On the Feedback Forum I've noticed that everybody outs the date that they sent their request and when they received their autograph. Is it really important for collectors to note these dates?

Typed or Handwritten letter
Which is best, typed or handwritten. I read somewhere that handwritten means you have more chance of getting a reply as they see you've taken your time over writing it, and is different to most letters they may receive - what are your thoughts?
