I know about writing to the teams and even the Spring Training locations. Juan G. is not an active player. He's been out of baseball for a year or more. So, I'm looking for alternative addresses.

How do you prep your sports cards for TTM? I've tried rubbing them with an eraser, but that seemed a little risky to ruin a corner to maybe even the colors. I tried literally rubbing a little baby powder in a circular motion. That worked very well. I tested a sharpie on various (common) cards using...

Did you ever get Frank Thomas? If so, what address and when? He has changed teams a lot in the past year. I'm wondering if he'll retire or stay with one team long enough to sign.

Don't over do it with the tape. Only use it when you need it. The harder you make it for the signer, the less likely you'll get a success.
