I sent to: Jack Nicklaus 1295 US Highway One, North Palm Beach, FL, 33408 It was "Return to Sender, Not deliverable as addressed". I obtained the address from a different site. So, I'm going to try the address listed here which has the company name etc on it. I will update with the response.
