The low quality mount puts me off, looks cheap and poorly done, pro sellers wouldnt have that low standard.
The signature looks very clear and bold, which suggests it was signed wilst sat down at a table, so I'm gonna say probably a fake. Go to a UACC dealer if you are serious about the hobby.
No idea, but don't bother with Pre-prints, they are worthless to everybody, it's just a con that makes you sort of think you have her autograph, when all you have is a worthless bit of paper with a copy of someones signature.
Whoever the hell did sign it clearly has coppied it badly, you can see that they have tried too hard to perfect it. Or he was not having a good day when signing, I know which one I would put my bets on though.
